What type of knife should I use to fillet my fish?

I don't have a favourite brand of fish filleting knife that I push, but I will tell you this - I show you how to fillet a fish with many knives and I also show you one fish filleting knife that you can utilize in many ways to get the best fish fillets. Remember, it is very important that your fish filleting knife is always sharp! Too many times over the years I've seen people using a not so sharp fish filleting knife and wonder why they hack their fish fillets, you won't be one of these people once you own my product.

Does wearing a glove affect my ability to fillet a fish like a pro?

Yes and no. I personally don't like to wear a glove when I fillet fish as it slows down my rythym on busy days and you will need to constantly clean them from a build up of slime and blood. As a novice learning to cut fish fillets with no time pressure, by all means try some and see if you feel comfortable enough with them. Just follow my techniques on cutting fish fillets and you won't have a problem either way.

How do I receive my dvd's?

Wherever you are in the world, the dvd's will be mailed direct to you. We are using a registered post service for international shipping. Your parcel is fully insured and we are able to access online tracking to prevent any potential problems.

You are covered 100% with absolutely no concerns in receiving your product.

If you live within Australia, we send on 'Express Post' with complete online tracking for guaranteed delivery.

When should I expect to see delivery of my dvd's after ordering?

If you live within Australia, please allow up to 3 business days for postage and handling. If you live outside of Australia, please allow up to 7 business days for postage and handling.

Am I guaranteed that the dvds I receive will be the correct region code for my country?

Once you click to order and enter in your delivery address, our website code automatically recognizes your country and will prompt us to send the correct ones to match your countries region code.

What is an E-Book and when do I receive them?

An E-Book is an electronic file containing information which can be simply downloaded to your computer. Once you make the purchase for your DVD's through our order page, your 3 Free Bonus E-Books will be automatically sent to you via email and they will all be in what's known as PDF format. You require Adobe Reader to open them which should already exist on your PC or MAC. If you do still require Adobe Reader, go to:-http://get.adobe.com/reader/ and it's a Free Download to your computer.

Then you simply click on these PDF files within your email, save them to your computer and then you can open these books at any time for easy reading. Some of my customers prefer to print them out and turn them into an actual book within a folder for example and they then have them to take anywhere or store wherever they choose. The best news is, that whilst you are waiting for your dvd's to arrive in the mail, you will already have your 3 Free books to start enjoying.

How do I know that it's secure for me to give you my credit card details Danny?

Maybe you are new to purchasing product through the internet so therefore you may be having concerns about giving your credit card information to someone you've never met before. Well I can assure you that I don't even get to see your card details whatsoever and I'm the website owner, yet alone anybody else. All your details are entered into a secure merchant online bank area that is then processed essentially by a machine and no individual human will be having access to them.

We use an online merchant called "PayPal" to handle all of our customers credit card payments. They use SSL (secure socket layer) technology that allows no third party viewing of your information. "PayPal" uses a 128-bit digital server certificate provided by VeriSign™. This level of encryption is currently considered realistically unbreakable.

If you are an existing PayPal account holder, you will just click on the PayPal logo or enter your account login details once prompted and use your account to make the purchase.

Am I covered with a Refund Policy?

Absolutely! We will accept returns of the DVD's if they are unopened with the seal still intact, but the responsibility of return postage lies with the purchaser. We will require them back to us within a period of 30 days of invoice date. PayPal has a complete refund facility in its system that will allow us to refund you instantly when the product is back.

As E-Books are not something that you are able to physically return, they are yours to keep and enjoy regardless.

Does it matter what country I am in and what currency is being used?

You are able to order online with us no matter what country you are from. We've already processed orders from nearly a hundred different countries and PayPal's secure credit card processor automatically converts from our Australian dollar to your country currency.
